About this property

Updated condo is located on the 1st floor of the building so no elevator to wait around on. The unit has a king bed in the bedroom, two bunks in the bunk-room and a queen sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, range, coffee maker, a blender is among the kitchen appliances. Two flat-screen TVs with cable and streaming internet channels are included. Board games are included for our guests to use.

Many of the restaurants nearby are landmarks in Destin. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is seven miles east. The brand new Destin Commons outdoor shopping mall is at the corner of the Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Fishing shop, Johnnie Rockets, and all the mall shops you have come to know and love in a beautiful outdoor setting. Fort Walton Beach has a new pier to fish off of that is wonderful. Deep-sea fishing and pontoon rental are right up the US-98! Destin was a fishing town before it was anything else, so you can come home with quite a catch!!

Fun Mother’s Day get away

We had so much fun for Mother’s Day week! The tiki bar and the pools were lovely. We loved that the place was so clean had everything we needed (beach chairs umbrellas beach toys, kitchen cooking supplies ) and being on the first floor everything was so close by! The host was SUPER QUICK to respond when we accidentally locked ourselves out! We had so much fun hunting for crabs on the beach at night and our favorite close by place to eat was the Gulf! Will be back again next year!! :)

Wonderful Find!

We really loved staying at this property! The condo was excellently maintained, and was beautiful with all of the beachy decor and updated finishes. We had a nice view as well and convenient access to the pool and beach both! Highly recommend. :)

Only about 6 total 1 bedroom units have the Washer and Dryer in the unit. No dragging laundry to several floors to wash or dry after the beach trip...So free no looking for quarters with this rental.
