This hidden retreat is conveniently located right off the 440 belt line & Capital blvd, and 5 minutes to restaurants and shops at North Hills, Downtown, or Glenwood South. Fully renovated ground floor suite opens to a spacious 11' high ceiling and granite countertops living area, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, rain shower, and quartz countertop. The master bedroom has a full closet and the master bathroom a quaint clawfoot tub to relax and unwind in. Be comfy on the couch with a movie from our collection or enjoy the backyard under the cabanas, complete with fire pit, charcoal grill, and hammocks. Wifi and 55" tv with roku and cable, fully equipped kitchen, and high-end laundry. Everything you need, you won't want to leave! ❤️
The ground floor of this house is set up for you on its own with a private entrance and parking outside, and the upper floor is our primary residence. While we wouldn't disturb you during your stay, if there's anything you need in an emergency, we are here for you! 🏡

Peaceful, Spacious, and Luxurious Escape in the Woods of Raleigh

This vacation rental is situated in the beautiful deciduous tree forest just North East of downtown Raleigh. The house is located within a quiet private, non-arterial neighborhood spotted with small beautiful and pristine lakes accessible via walking. It was so quiet that the birds were loud. We felt like we were in the middle of a rural forest, though just minutes from downtown Raleigh. Location was prime for visiting friends and enjoying delicious restaurants and breweries downtown. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms makes it perfect for a family or just a couple's vacation. Grocery and shopping less than a mile away. We never actually met the rental owners in person due to the current pandemic, but we did converse with them via text. They were very kind and easy to work with. They were also very accommodating to a special request we made in advance. As mentioned in the listing, this vacation rental includes the entire lower half of the house. The owners live on the upper half. This did not bother us at all as we couldn't hear any walking, tv, etc. upstairs. It felt like we had the structure to ourselves the entire time. Renters have full use of a gorgeous yard with a charcoal grill, firepit, and a outdoor tableset. Lots of opportunities for relaxing. The rental has beautiful wood floors, all 100% updated appliances, real granite countertops, a spacious Livingroom with a giant TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, etc. and very comfy couches. The bathrooms were spotless and very spacious, each equipped with updated glass-door showers and lovely sinks. Also lots of board games, DVDs, puzzles, and toys such as a mini foosball table for kids. Pantry has non-perishable essentials such as coffee, spices, tea and olive oil. The rental itself was very clean (comforting in these pandemic times). This vacation rental was everything we hoped for and much more. It's a perfect rental for a quick trip or an extended stay. We will certainly stay here again if available. 10/10

Beautiful neighborhood but…

The first shocking point for us was finding out that we don’t have the whole house and the owners living upstairs! They were nice but we didn’t get enough information about it. The house was not clean enough and I saw few dead roaches around. Emi the owner was very sweet and kind. The backyard was a forest that was not great for us as I have two little ones and there were some snakes and wasn’t very safe but it was beautiful and calming for adults. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again because of my family structure.

Beautiful 3 weeks in April

My husband and I spent three weeks in Emi’s house, working remotely. The suite is beautiful and well designed: modern decor, comfortable couch, clean bathrooms with plenty of towels, soft beds. The kitchen is well stocked, the appliances are new. There is an outdoor area where we were relaxing by the fire pit or having a meal at the table. The community is very walkable and well manicured, it has several lakes and very pretty nature. The house is conveniently located close to downtown Raleigh, everything is a short drive away: shopping, restaurants, parks. Emi was a great host, very friendly, attentive and easy to reach. We really enjoyed our stay, after 3 weeks it almost felt like home! We would definitely book it again.

Lovely stay in Raleigh

My husband and I stayed 3 weeks in Emi’s place, working remotely. The place is very well decorated and thought through. The beds and couches are very comfortable, the appliances are new and the whole suite is sparkling clean. There is an outdoor area, where we were spending some time either drinking coffee in the morning, or having lunch/dinner at the dining table. The house is located inside a nice and walkable community, with few lakes and pretty greenery around. Everything is 10-20 minutes away: the shops and restaurants, the grocery stores, the parks. Emi was a great host, very reachable and attentive. We had a lovely stay, and should we be back in Raleigh, we will absolutely stay here again.
