Beach Access for this home is on Plover Drive. Limited parking (first come/first serve) near the beach access with a life guarded beach.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Autumn trip to Duck

October was the perfect time to visit Duck and stay at a beautiful, well-equipped condo with unobstructed water views that were spectacular. On cool evenings, sharing sunset in the hot tub with glasses of wine was "the best." I doubt if the tub gets much use during the season, but in the fall, it's one of the best features of an already excellent property. In sum, we -- almost -- thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our trip to Duck and renting N3 Double Duck. Our review below reflects a single negative that should be easily correctable by the property manager and owner. There are several great aspects to the furnishings. The hot tub, the big-screen TV in the main living area, a nice ceiling fan in the same area, electronic thermostats on each level, and an icemaker on the lower level to accompany the basic refrigerator. Strangely, though, (and this is different from several other VRBO properties where we have stayed in other parts of the state and country), there were no instructions whatsoever for any of these. A call to the property manager the day after we checked in was responded to with the disclaimer that "some owners just don't provide these." If that's true, then I hope this review will encourage the owner to come up with them and/or the property manager to assure that they are provided to guests. If we ever journey to Duck again and rent N3 Double Duck, I hope we can give 5's across the board in our review. It's a wonderful property and was memorable.

Une maison parfaite avec une vue incroyable!

La maison était parfaite pour nos deux familles (total de 4 adultes et 5 enfants). Elle est spacieuse et il y a plusieurs pièces, donc les moments de tranquillité sont possibles lorsque désirés. Le propriétaire aurait avantage à décrire davantage le matériel disponible sur place, entre autre jouets de sable, planche de body board, chariot pour la plage, spikeball, chaises de plage (9), canne à pêche, cage à crabe, table de babyfoot, jeux de société, deux grands réfrigérateurs dont un avec une machine à glace, etc. La vue sur l'eau est incroyable. Les terrasses (une sous un moustiquaire et l'autre non) sont parfaites pour regarder les couchers de soleil soir après soir. Le terrain de tennis, la piscine intérieure et le quai où les enfants ont pu pêcher rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Les lits et oreillers sont confortables, l'air climatisé fonctionne très bien et est très appréciée après les journées chaudes! La plage n'a pas d'accès public, mais nous pouvons nous y rendre à pied sans difficulté (environ 1km de marche) Seul petit point d'amélioration: pas de savon pour les mains dans les salles de bain ni de guenille ou linge à vaisselle dans la cuisine. Nous avons dû en acheter pour la semaine. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation!

Awesome Vacation

We loved the house. It was spacious for six people and two small dogs. The sunsets over the sound were beautiful! The beach was great and barely crowded. We just had to drive and drop family members off to get there and then walk from the house to the beach.
