This 1,777 sq. ft., tri-level townhouse has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway and multiple unassigned guest parking nearby. The first level has a beautiful furnished King Bedroom suite complete with private bathroom, 26 inch TV and French doors leading out to a patio. The second level offers an open floor plan complete with a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and coffee maker and a powder room. A beautiful dining table and chairs adjoins the spacious living room with sofas, beautiful artwork, a tv wall unit with a 42 inch flat panel HD TV and DVD player. It also has a half bathroom. The third floor offers a furnished Queen Master Suite with 32 inch TV and a Full Suite with 2 queen beds, that sleeps four, with a 20 inch TV. Each bedroom has full private bathrooms.

Close To Convention Center But Needs Refresh

This location is ideal if you are attending a convention or visiting one of the theme parks. The proximity to a major highway on one side of the unit makes it quite noisy for sleeping. The unit itself needs a refresh. Carpets need a good cleaning and cleaners need to be more thorough when they do their work. The local manager of the unit was very attentive to our concerns and mentioned a refresh was planned.

Good place, great location

Beats a hotel any day of the week. Close to the convention center, which is what we wanted. Grocery and good breakfast options across the street (5 minute walk). The place itself is spacious. Three bedrooms with three private baths, perfect for three co-workers traveling together. I've seen better build quality, and I wasn't a fan of the queen bed in the downstairs bedroom actually being two single mattresses glommed together. But those are minor points. Overall a great place and nice to be in a homier environment than a hotel (did I mention this was better than staying in a hotel?).
