Unobstructed Lake View Cottage - LaCasa Resort

Newer 3 bedroom cottage with spectacular unobstructed lake views. Located on the lower half of LaCasa Resort & Marina on beautiful Lake Okanagan. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings throughout.

The space:

3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are located on the upper main floor. One with queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and lake views. Fully equipped kitchen with large island with seating for 6. Outdoor dining/lounge area has seating for 6 and high end BBQ. Both upper deck and lower concrete patio have incredible unobstructed lake views.

Guest access:

Check yourself in with the bluetooth lock box containing keys. A security camera is located at the front exterior of the property overlooking driveway and entry.

Guests will not have access to garage. Driveway has space for two vehicles.

Things to do at LaCasa:

Enjoy the 2 outdoor swimming pools, 3 hot tubs and private beach with aqua park and marina. The resort also offers mini golf, volleyball, kids playground, tennis & pickleball courts, restaurant, convenience/liquor store, atv and hiking trails, fire pits near beach and covered picnic area.

Note: pools, hot tubs and aqua park are opened seasonally May 1 through Canadian Thanksgiving.

LaCasa is located in beautiful Fintry, Kelowna. Visit Fintry Provincial Park and historical site just minutes away and enjoy the waterfall and hiking trails.

LaCasa is a 30 minute drive from downtown Kelowna where you will find many wineries, boutiques and restaurants to enjoy.

Skiing within 45 minute drive (Winter).

Many quality golf courses to enjoy all within a 30 minute to 1 hr drive.

NO PETS of any kind!

Maximum guest occupancy is 6 guests throughout stay.

Owners are not on site. Access codes will be provided to guests before arrival once damage deposit is paid.

Beautiful House with Amazing Lake View

This property has an amazing view of the lake from the kitchen and both patios and it thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable for a family. The location of the house is on a quiet street and a very short walk to the main pool/hot tubs and the restaurant and store. Unlike many rentals, this one has a full suite of kitchen utensils and cooking equipment and a BBQ on the patio. Communication with Lindsay was quick and efficient. This is easily the best VRBO rental we have experienced to date.

Amazing views

Gorgeous spot with the most beautiful view of the Lake. The house was perfect for our family. We loved being able to swim and get ice cream everyday!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Views

Property has an amazing view of the lake and it clean and very well maintained. It is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and bbq all the while enjoying the sun and lake views. The property is better than the photos suggest and we had zero issues during our stay. Lindsay was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages and we were very happy to have made this our holiday choice again this year.

Excellent Experience

Property was exactly as described, very clean well maintained and comfortable. Host was great to deal with and made the check in process easy. Had great communication so it was easy to use all the House and community amenities. Very happy with our whole experience.
