The pool has quiet hours and becomes closed after 10PM which is a county rule. No motorcycles and trailers allowed on the complex grounds. One assigned parking space. There are some extra guest spots available on a first come first served basis, but not a large number.

Bay Oaks is a prime location with just a short 7 minute bike ride to #1 rated Siesta Key Beach or take the FREE shuttle! Less than a 10 minute walk to Crescent Beach where you can enjoy walking on the crystal white sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Crescent Beach has the same amazing sand as Siesta Beach! Close proximity to Siesta Keys greatest restaurants, shopping, golfing, music and entertainment, downtown Sarasota, Venice and more. Rental age restrictions:
- This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 28.
- Unit is NOT suitable for infants or children.
- This is a no-pet property.
-Stays in excess of 30 days shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Pool Restrictions:
- Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. It is state law that babies in arms and children who are NOT toilet trained are not allowed in the pool at any time.
