02 are on the ground floor and 03 on the upper floor with a sea view. In total 08 adults and 02 children can be hosted in this amazing house.

The huge master suite of 120m2 open on both side by large windows, on the sea and garden, as an office and a fantastic bathroom with large dressing. Perfect if you want to spend a few months in a scheduled paradise with all the necessary comfort.

The friendly staff of the house will be available 8h/day for cooking, cleaning, set up the pool and beach, and even organize the food purchase if necessary.

The interior is decorating with taste, furniture, sculptures and paintings from the State of Minas Gerais, made of wood and metal.

The electric installation (220 volts) provides night lighting over the extent of the property. A powerful generator automatically takes over in the rare event of a power failure. Several cisterns and the municipal water distribution system provide considerable autonomy. Part of the water heating system is solar-powered.
