This condo is located on the 11th floor of Tristan Towers with large windows and no window coverings to obstruct the beautiful view. The corner condo gives you a 430 sq foot wrap-around balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Pensacola Bay. You will not see a better sunset than from the west facing balcony.

The condo has comfy furniture and a dining table that will seat 4 with a smaller bar for two, perfect for two couples, families, or friends. The master suite has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with access to the balcony. This unit sleeps 4 people.

Great Stay and Place - with a few suggestions

The wrap around balcony and views from 11b are amazing. Unless you absolutely need to be right on the beach, this is the best place to stay in Pensacola Beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk, or you can pack your car and park right in front of it. The property is clean! I read a few reviews complaining about it and since I'm a clean freak, I was nervous. But no issues. It's also huge! I love that the two bedrooms were separated completely. I just have a few honest suggestions/ thoughts.. There are no full length mirrors in the entire condo - one is definitely needed. Also for the cost/fees and niceness of it, I thought it was cheesey that there was a handful of leftover wire hangers. The Master Bedroom bed is HIGH. I'm 5'0 and had to climb to get on it. The bathroom has two bowl on top of the sink type sinks and again, being short, a step stool would've been very helpful. The couch and rugs need to be replaced, they are very worn. They're not awful, but again, these are cheap investments that I think would make it perfect. Also, drawers in the Master would be a nice addition. The beds are Kings and were comfortable! Dish soap and maybe some windex or wipes would've been nice. With all of that, I'd still stay again! Thank you for the delicious chocolate chip cookies at the end of our stay!

Excellent location and gorgeous views!

We can’t say enough about our stay here !! The condo was very clean and well equipped. Smart TV w cable was convenient for when it rained and we wanted to chill for a little bit. Bathrooms are great size and lots of towels. Beds are comfortable and lots of pillows. Washer and dryer are new and we used them daily. AMAZING VIEWS from all sides of this unit. Even from laying in bed ! 🙂 The balcony is accessible and runs along the entire unit. Plenty of space to move around and hang out. There was even a handwritten note and chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. We would definitely stay here again !

Spectacular views from the wraparound balcony

The view of both the Gulf and the Bay are seen through the large windows in the corner unit. Lack of window coverings did not bother us. Updated tile floors were throughout the unit and the updated bathrooms were beautiful. Mattresses on both bedrooms were like new and very comfortable. The management company, Surfside Properties, greeted us on arrival and answered several questions we had about the unit. Under the Amenities list you will see the large pool and two tennis courts. Please owners, provide a blender! Regarding the cons about the unit: the kitchen is small and dark. Because pantries don't appear in any rental we have ever had, groceries are out on the counter. There was little prep space. The unit has been taken well cared for was very clean. Persons staying in the second smaller bedrooms cannot use the closet as that belongs to the owner, but there is a large dresser for items. Master bedrooms had two large closets.

AWESOME VIEWS

Our stay was great, minus the bad weather! The place is beautiful and the views are amazing, clear views of the ocean and bayside. Only thing I would say is get with the cleaning crew, they added water to the hand soaps and it was more water than soap. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need. We loved it and we will be back!
