Private retreat in Tanque Verde, NE Tucson, ideal for cycling/triathlon/hiking groups. House with separate guest house on three acres four miles from Mt Lemmon and 1/2 mile from hiking trails in National forest, one mile from Redington Rd gravel ride. Sauna and gym.

Large dining and living space, library. BBQ, outdoor dining with gas fire pit.

Tucson getaway

Nice, spacious property. Incredible landscaping and brand new heated pool in an idyllic desert setting perfect for after-hiking relaxation. Huge training facilities for bikers in the garage area. Tucson is a biker’s paradise offering endless terrain in addition to hiking and rock climbing. Owners were extremely receptive to requests. The kitchen has fantastic appliances but is in need of counter, sink and backsplash updating as are the bathrooms, in particular the master bath. All bedrooms and living areas have huge, brand new smart t.v.’s. The 4 outdoor sitting areas were beautiful and well appointed. We saw about 8 deer roaming the spacious property. Overall, a nice home for cyclists who want to train or anyone wishing to enjoy Tucson.
