Ac didn’t work tech came out twice, manager at royal American will not return my calls or emails. They do not wash mattress pads, comforters, or pillow shams after each guest. You have to wash and dry your own towels and strip your beds before you leave.

Absolutely disgusting unacceptable. I wish I could upload pictures it was absolutely disgusting and they would not refund any money whatsoever there was black mold in the bathroom and in the kitchen there was also about 3 inches of dust and almost everything there including the walls

The bedclothes were filthy. Sheets were dirty with sand and stains. Around toilet smells like urine

Not good. I would check on housekeeping and I believe I deserve some sort of partial refund as when a person stays at a place like this they expect clean linen. We had linen that had been used by prior renters and not cleaned.
