Washington DC family trip

Clean and meets basic needs for a family trip to Washington DC if your going to drive or Uber everywhere. Seemed like more of a up and coming neighborhood. The property is super close to shops, stores and restaurants. I would of liked a bit more instructions on what to do with garbage and the kitchen window really needs a blind. Looks like the owner is working on updates in between rentals and doing a good job.

DC tour

The house was a great space for 3 of us to spread out. Location felt safe and convenient to use Uber to get around. Carlos was available to answer all questions. I would highly recommend this get away.

Great house with five bedrooms, questionable neighborhood.

The house was great. Some great renovations done. The bedrooms on the main floor get really cold at night (we stayed in November.) The neighborhood is fairly sketchy, however didn't have any real issues. Rhode Island Ave Metro stop also a little sketchy.

Fabulous for lots of BR, outdoor deck & roomy parking off street

We enjoyed the modern kitchen area, bedrooms on 3 levels, modern kitchen, deck with comfortable seating & a grill. We even did some laundry! A smoke alarm was "beeping" & immediately batteries were sent over upon our arrival. We enjoyed the convenient location & hope to return!
