Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bottom unit on the rim of Las Palmas Resort with amazing views of Snow Canyon and St. George, UT. Located minutes from golf courses, local shopping and cuisine and a short drive to Snow Canyon State Park, Red Cliffs Recreation Area, and Zion National Park.

The space
This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo can accommodate up to 7 people and an infant. The first bedroom offers a king size bed with a sliding glass door to the back patio and a private full size bath with two sinks and soaker tub. The Second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle. Both bedrooms have a 43" smart TV offering Sling TV for your viewing enjoyment. A portable crib is available. The living area offers plenty of seating with a 55" smart TV , kid’s toys, and board games. The dining area has a large dining table with additional folding chairs in the entryway closet. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Back patio opens up onto a grassy lawn with views of Snow Canyon and Green Valley. There is a patio table and grill for your dining pleasure. We provide all linens, bath towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The numerous amenities at Las Palmas resort offer something for everyone. Take a short walk across the parking lot to the clubhouse where you can find access to a gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, racquet ball courts, splash pad, kiddie pool, indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, and outdoor lap pool. Two additional outdoor pools located behind building 12 and 17. Enjoy your whole day basking in the St George sun or spend quality time in our beautiful condo.

Fun getaway

My family really enjoyed this property. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 for a quick getaway. The property was clean and provided everything we needed. I appreciated not having a long checklist for checkout. It was very simple and the host was very good at communicating with us. My kids loved the amenities of this property and I wish we had stayed for 2 nights instead of just one. We hope to visit again in the future.

Couldn't be better!

This condo is a great spot for a couple or young family. The place was spotless when we arrived. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom without too many extra knick-knacks to worry about. The host was quick to communicate with us and the view of the mountains from the private back patio was stunning. If we're ever back in St. George, we will definitely stay here again.
