About this property

Water access home in the community of Suissevale in Moultonboro. Living space on three levels. The main level has a kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath, laundry and one bedroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level is a room with a ping pong table. Cable internet access with Wifi. Wrap around deck with 4 burner gas grill and fire pit in the front yard.

There are approximately 27 miles of dirt roads for biking, walking, and jogging. The community beach has a permanent volleyball net, barbecue grills, picnic tables, two swim rafts, play grouend, etc. The house is about 4 miles from the center of Moultonborough and 17 miles north of Wolfeboro. Castle in the Clouds is about a five minute drive with it's miles of hiking trails and excellent restaurant and Castle tours.
I live about 4 miles away and am always available via text, email, or voice.
The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day.

Great location, owner very responsive

We had an excellent stay. Will definitely be back. The owner was very responsive and the location of the property was great. We loved the beach area. We weren’t able to take advantage of all there was to offer, but maybe next time!

Great vacation spot!

Peter was great to work with. While the house wasn’t directly on the water, it’s in a neighborhood with access to the cutest beach and marina. House was spotless and had air conditioning during a really hot week! Kitchen had everything you needed, and grill and fire pit was a plus! Would definitely come again—

It is the perfect place to bring a family in the summer. The beach is on a peninsula with the only access being over a foot bridge. It is a safe and fun place to bring the kids. Minutes away from all the hiking trails at Castle in the Clouds. Tennis and playgrounds in the summer. Sledding hill and access to snowmobile trails in the winter.
