Open floor plan with great light. New kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters and opens to dinette and living room. New living room furniture. Master suite includes King bed, a large walk-in closet and has new custom tiled shower with frame-less door and dual sinks. Second bedroom has Queen bed & twin bed. Second bathroom is also updated. Has in- unit laundry. Tile throughout including the large screened lanai. First level unit allows for easy access to covered parking and storage unit. One block to beach access & located near shops, restaurants & movie theater.

Wonderful Condo in a Great Location!

This lovely two-bedroom condo is very nicely furnished and stocked for an extended stay. Check-in was a breeze and it was super clean when we arrived. The host promptly responded to the few minor questions we had. Although it is not directly on the beach it is very close to the South Beach public access and within walking distance of several restaurants. We found that we enjoyed this low-rise condo complex much more than some of the high-rise buildings we've stayed in the past, as parking and unloading is much more convenient, as we did not have to fight for a seat at the pool! Definitely recommend!

Marco Condo

This property is clean and well supplied. The tile floors throughout makes it easy to keep clean and gives the feel of being a bigger size. It is a very comfortable well located condo. Being first floor makes it a "home away from home" being steps away from where you park the car (no elevators). The owner is pleasant and very willing to answer any questions. If needing a Marco Island condo, we would occupy this condo again.

A very nice ground-level condo that’s very close to Collier County South Beach!

Delightful neighborhood, excellent property manager, free covered parking, beach stuff, full set of appliances, dishes, etc. Ready for move in … just add people, food, drink, and energy for beach walks and activities!

Great location and condo!!!

My family absolutely loved this place. It is a short 5 min walk to the beach and the condo has everything you need and then some. We already started looking to book this place again. The owner is the best that I have ever worked with. After a shaky start with airlines and missing a couple days of vacation, the owner offered us another day. In addition, the owner also checked in on our stay. If you are looking to book at Marco, look no further.

The owner was responsive and accommodating; very personalized experience with booking and throughout stay. The condo is immaculate with updated kitchen and master bath; excellent attention to details and well-stocked with cookware, utensils, linens, bikes, beach cart etc. Quiet location; beautiful pool and 5-minute walk to public beach access. Numerous local restaurants nearby, several within walking distance. Highly recommend

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was a great size for a small family. The owners supplied beach supplies such as chairs and towels. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family enjoys visiting Marco Island, we enjoy being at the beach and just relaxing. So, we decided to buy a place in Marco Island with long term plan of spending winters in Marco Island. We currently live in Wisconsin and look forward to escaping the cold snowy winters.
