Located in San Josep, it is in a remote and quiet location surronded by nature and pine trees. It is just 1 km from the beach Cala Vadella, and other calas like Cala d’Hort are only 5 minutes drive. Also conveniently located close to the vibrant calas like Cala Comte and Cala Bassa. Ibiza town is 25 min drive and the airport 20 min. The area counts with a close supermarket and local restaurants with good vibes and tasty local food.

Great apartment with stunning view in lovely remote area

The apartment is nicer than the photos ! Balcony has great view of pine forest/local area Beautiful beaches very close, nearest 10 mins walk down a hill, we enjoyed walking back up it, 15 mins. Host was great ! Best to have a car. If you need a local taxi, call one, there's one taxi service for the whole island We enjoyed the stay very much !! Recommend this apartment.

Une semaine parfaite dans un appartement de très bon goût. Parfait !

Jolie vue (de la belle et grande terrasse), mobilier contemporain, aménagement intérieur comme neuf (et de très bon goût). Équipement intérieur complet. Une semaine parfaite. En prime la gentillesse de notre hôte Mich, disponible et aidant. Plage et commerces à pied. Je recommande ! Merci !

Déçu...

Au vu des échanges par mail, très sympathiques, nous pensions rencontrer Michel à l'arrivée et/ou au départ. Non, juste une boite à clés et des échanges par WhatsApp. Donc si vous souhaitez connaitre les bonnes adresses locales, les plages, les visites à faire... vous devez faire appel à Internet. Dommage, nous préférons les contacts humains. Dans la maison, aucune information pour les poubelles, le code wifi, le fonctionnement du four, de la télé ou de la climatisation. Il a fallu se débrouiller seuls ou demander encore à Michel via WhatsApp. Pour information le wifi ne capte que dans la chambre. Il semblerait que ce soit le wifi du voisin (pas certain) La maison est propre (sauf : 4 sets de table tachés, très sales et traces de fond de seau de nettoyage versé dans l'évier. Pas très hygiénique...), jolie, mais l'équipement est insuffisant. Juste un bol et un mug pour le petit déjeuner, de la vaisselle en plastique et de la vaisselle normale, une seule casserole et un petit faitout. J'ai réclamé un saladier pour préparer nos salades, Michel m'a répondu qu'il utilisait le faitout. J'ai passé l'âge de faire du camping à la maison ;-) Au prix de la nuitée, un saladier n'est pas un gros investissement. Et comment dois-je faire si mon mari veut des pâtes et moi une salade? Michel a proposé que j'en achète un et qu'il me rembourserait. J'en ai acheté un mais comme il n'est pas venu au départ, je suis repartie avec mon saladier! A l'arrivée, nous avons signalé un transat cassé et le tissu des deux transats très abimé. Nous avions peur de passer au travers. Comme Michel ne gère pas le check in, ni le check out, il ne peut pas voir ces détails. Nous étions venus pour nous reposer ( la location convient bien pour ça) mais nous devions utiliser le transat chacun notre tour... Ah! J'oubliais... Il y a un grand réfrigérateur propre et j'avais remarqué qu'il n'y avait pas de machine à laver (la laverie la plus proche est à 18km) mais, c'est ma faute je n'ai pas assez contrôlé le descriptif, il n'y avait pas non plus de lave-vaisselle, ni même d'égouttoir à vaisselle. Ca nous a rappelé nos années camping. Cela ne correspond pas au standing des photos. Dommage! Heureusement, nous avons terminé nos vacances sur la côte Est, bien plus jolie et plus authentique, ça nous a fait oublier le goût amer de cette première partie de séjour. Michel, avec un tout petit peu plus d'organisation, votre location pourrait être parfaite ;-)
