Elevate your stay at Motorworks with convenient access to our sister property, The Brandywine, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated rooftop pool from 8am to 9pm daily, just steps away from your doorstep. Once a showroom for the Jeffery Automobile Co Motorworks is steeped in New Orleans history.

The Space:
The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Experience the ultimate getaway in this recently renovated historic apartment, featuring 20' ceilings that flood the space with natural light and provide all the modern conveniences of home. Additionally, the space is lovingly maintained with original wood floors and fully restored windows, creating a breathtaking atmosphere throughout the entire building.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, there are also barstools in the kitchen bar.

AMENITIES: Guests of the Motorworks building can enjoy exclusive access to the building's rooftop, which includes sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining. In addition, the building also features a gym where guests can engage in cardio workouts.

PARKING: You can park in the Brandywine garage across the street for $40 + tax per night. Metered parking is available along Howard Ave. on a first come, first served basis for $3 per hour. Metered parking is available from 8am -7pm from Monday through Saturday and is free on Sundays.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

Me and 4 additional friends stayed at Roami Motorworks to celebrate a birthday. The unit was veryyy different than the one pictured in the VRBO description which was okay but stunk because we had a private chef and the table only had seating for 4 people versus 6, like the picture. The loft vibe was nice, very spacious and clean and the neighborhood was perfect, quiet, easily accesible to grocery stores and french quarter because it is on the trolley line. The worst issues we had were: 1. I couldn't get my check in to fully load, so I had to call multiple times to get the code to the front door but they were easy to get ahold of. 2. The door handle was loose and if it wasn't for the keypad we would've been extremely nervous. 3. The main bedroom had a bathroom attached and the shower leaked water very easily and it would cover the bathroom floor fast. The rubber seal just needs to be replaced. 4. The wi-fi went out multiple times. I would 100% use Roami again but try a different property.

Great Place/Close to Everything
Property is clean and perfectly located to get around the city. We had a slight issue getting checked in (door lock needed replacement), but maintenance quickly resolved the issue. Communications with management was easy, either text or calls were quickly answered. Overall, we have 6 people stay and we were all comfortable. Lobby has extra bedding/towels/coffee/creamer or toiletries needed throughout stay. Unit was quiet as well, no street noise. Would recommend staying here again.
