Huge Disappointment!
We came back from our Trip in Turkey. It was the group of 12. Well, what experience it was for all of us, unfortunately NOT in a good way. To be objective, the villa is nice. Prime location, in a quite corner of Hisaronu. But close walking distance to all the bars, shops. Short drive to the beach. All the bedrooms are nice, have their own bathrooms, restrooms. The place is run by completely incompetent people. The villa is starting to fall apart. Multiple leaks in bathrooms. We had to sent multiple messages at the day of the check in to get check in instructions. Once we got it, we found the grill was not just dirty, it was disgusting and unhealthy. We reported this to the manager, were told they would send some one over, but no one showed up. We had to spend two hours cleaning the grill. Then we realized the grill was out of gas and the stove was not working. The manager sent a person to fix the issues, and they forced up to pay for these services! When they fixed the stove, they fixed the gas for the grill, but the burners at the stove would not ignite, we were told to "use matches or lighter". The stove ran out of gas in few days. We were forced to pay for refilling the gas AGAIN. The check out day was the 29th, we were quite shocked to come back to the villa on the 28th to see cleaners asking us to vacate. It took quite some time to square this away. It is NOT what is called "Ultra Luxuary Villa". I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!
