Newly-remodeled kitchen and bathroom with quality appliances. Be aware that "garden level" means basement - not much natural light. Sleeping was difficult as we had people walking across the room above us. Laminate floor is separating in many spots. Amenities were marginal - 2 forks, 3 spoons, etc. Manager did respond wen we asked for dish towels, pot holders, dishcloth, and laundry soap - but had to ask. The TV remote didn't work and when texted the manager said the batteries were probably low and we could drive to a convenience store to get more. There was apparently only one key to the apartment as the staff couldn't take care of matters when we were out for the day. It was clean but the lack of light and quiet and comfort items made it a marginal stay.

Just OK

I wish I could share this info with the property owner directly but cannot since it is managed by a rental mgt company. When we arrived at the house, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes (and honestly the ones in the cabinet were a bit sketchy—we washed everything before using). Also, the shower drain was almost totally clogged. We pulled out as much nastiness as we could. There’s no way someone cleaning the tub wouldn’t have noticed that it wouldn’t drain. Some of the furniture is really tired—the bar stool seat covers were heavily soiled, the couch has no cushioning at all. It has potential, but someone just isn’t paying close enough attention to the property.

Wouldn’t rent again!

No ironing board which was very important. We were there for a rehearsal dinner and wedding. Called to see if I had over looked it and was hung up on. Spider webs and bugs. Entrance dirty and TV didn’t work! Very noisy from upstairs!
