5++++ STARS!

Our only complaint is 5 stars just isn’t enough. Actually, we’re a little torn between shouting from the rooftops how wonderful this home is and keeping this gem to ourselves. Our trip was a five-person writer’s group retreat, so most of our week was spent inside. Everything about this impeccable, spacious, home - from the beautiful décor, the wonderful porch, heated pool, fully equipped kitchen, to the exceptional thoughtfulness of the owner a) all cabinets, switches, and remotes were labeled making everything easy to find & operate, b) provided info on area activities and restaurants, c) warned us to be watchful of a storm brewing, and d) was available for anything we needed - made it VERY hard to leave. We ABSOLUTELY loved it. It made our vacation. We just can’t say enough. We will definitely be back.

Review of Blue Heron HomeArrival: Upon entering the Blue Heron rental home, we knew we had found the right place for our family gathering of 6 adults. Home: This is a spacious home and cheery decor including a map room for serious discussions, dining area that looked out to the lanai and pool and canal natural habitat. Rooms had beach decor, theater room (Netflix movie choices) with old time pictures and the palm tree Christmas tree, comfy bedrooms. Kitchen was large enough to cook, well organized stocked with pots, pans, glassware, etc. Every cabinet had a label of contents. Didn’t waste time looking for things that we wanted.Lanai area had a dining area next to the grill, area of cozy couches, all looking out to the canal which has a natural habitat. The pool was steps from from the lanai. The water is heated, great for a cool day in December. We felt in a world of our own.Extra amenities: laundry room, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas available if raining. One great amenity: The owner put together a book of things to do, see, good restaurants, supermarkets, etc. that was very helpful when deciding the days activities.Communication: The owner was gracious answering our questions promptly. Check-in and check-out procedures were clear. They were able to accommodate us for an early arrival.Final thoughts: We all had a wonderful time and would consider coming again in the future.

Blue Heron Villa - AWESOME

This home made our family vacation wonderful!!! Cathy was amazing! She sent texts with instructions and area recommendations. This home is beautiful, delightful and has everything you will ever need for a comfortable stay away from home. Everything is labeled and the coffee bar was an added bonus. This was truly a wonderful getaway!

Wonderful Stay!

A group of eight friends from college gathered for a long overdue reunion at Blue Heron Villa in Palm Coast FL. The accommodations were fabulous! The host definitely anticipates the needs of all who stay at this home. We were all so appreciative of the attention to detail and how everything was labeled for easy explanation. So much of what we brought with us went unused because the house was so greatly outfitted. The space was very clean and neat, it was quite relaxing and allowed for one to feel like they were at a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone considering this property.

Excellent!!

We absolutely loved, loved this house as well as the host. They were very informative, helpful and attentive to our needs as a family. Nice quite place, we slept very well. The house was exactly as the pictures,beautiful,nice and clean, the pool is big, nice and clean. We received a text a couple of days prior to our stay to ask if we needed them to place a net around the pool for the safety of our kids. Which we appreciated. Well equipped, they had beach towels, beach chairs, laundry, detergent, coffee, coffee creamer. Many places don't have any of this... Overall the experience was great!!! Thank you sooo much for hosting us.
