Located on the quiet end of Thomas Drive within walking distance of Saint Andrew's State Park. Minutes from the area's finest restaurants, fishing, amusement attractions and golf.
Treasure Island offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the coastline while sitting on your balcony or relaxing in your unit. From your front balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful Saint Andrew's park and Saint Andrew's Bay and enjoy watching the fishing boats come in right from the front balcony.
Full glass views across the back of the units will allow you to have a breathtaking view of golden sunsets, emerald water, and sugar white sandy beaches. Enjoy the dolphins and rays playing just yards off the beach. Sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom allow easy access to your private balcony overlooking the beautiful coastline as far as you can see. Be sure to enjoy the night view with the stars shining brightly and the moon glistening off the water.
One of the four high-speed elevators will take you up to this sixth floor unit, or you can park directly on the sixth floor parking and skip the elevators. Your assigned parking is on the third level, if desired.
You can enjoy a very large open kitchen with granite countertops. Kitchen is fully equipped. All you need is your food.
Treasure Island offers a large heated pool with an expansive sun deck, two gazebos and kiddie pool. Or you may spend the whole day relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'. Beach Services are available with lounge chairs, parasailing and jet skis.
If you enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation with an awesome view in elegant surroundings, this unit are for YOU!!!
The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

Great visit

Great stay over all Condo was just what we needed for our stay. Well stocked with cooking supplies and towels. Condo could use a new washer and dryer, handle is broke on dryer and washer takes really long time to fill up on cold wash but faster fill up on warm wash. Over all Condo was great.

Beautiful view, location, beach & condo

Treasure Island Resort room 609 was a beautiful condo. It was a spectacular ocean front view! We loved the relaxed environment of the resort compared to the Panama City beach

Great Time

We always love staying at Treasure Island and this year was no exception. The condo was even nicer than the pictures. They stream lined the check in process.. It was the fastest and easiest ever. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a beautiful view with great location. We chose this condo because it was pet friendly however I do believe $280 is a high fee to bring along a 5 lb dog. The condo itself is decorated nicely. However, there was a strong urine odor when we arrived. I messaged the property rental company who said someone from housekeeping would be over but they never came. I determined it was the living room rug so I just rolled it up on day 3 of our 7 day stay and put it on the balcony and it was much better. The bottom of the bathroom doors show some damage like maybe the condo had flooded in the past. They need to be replaced and the floor in the master bath has water under the floor. You can hear it when you step on the floor so that’s a repair that needs to be done as well. Also the ceiling fan in the living room is about to come disconnected from the ceiling so we didn’t use it. The beds were comfortable and there’s nice space. Overall I would recommend the condo to others if the repairs are done and the rug is replaced.

Great place

Nice area. Away from crowds and tourist attractions but close enough to get to them if wanted. Hardest part was working on parking garage during stay but it all worked out. Wonderful place to stay
