The Space:
This impressively designed apartment is in the heart of Downtown Dubai.
Relax on the sofa bed that can sleep 1 in the living room and watch some TV. Get your takeouts and dine on the comfy dining table. If you feel like cooking rather than ordering, then the kitchen has got you covered! It's fully equipped to meet your needs!
A king-sized bed is waiting in each room. All have hotel-quality linens and comfy mattresses for a good night's sleep. The en-suites have towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion provided for guests. Both also have balconies with the master bedroom being connected to the living area's balcony. There's also a TV in the master bedroom for better relaxation.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool, gym, and parking.
The Neighborhood:
Downtown Dubai is a dynamic city hub described as ’The Centre of Now’ that has cemented Dubai’s reputation as a truly global city. The architecture of the buildings in this place can make anyone look up to admire them in daylight or even night-time. Buildings are built and modelled after some famous ones around the world. It has a unique mix of aesthetically designed residential towers and commercial precincts. It boasts of several world-class hotels including the world’s first Armani Hotel and Emaar’s flagship The Address, Vida, and Manzil hotels.
Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more exciting places are in Downtown Dubai making it a busy hub and a prime location. You will have restaurants, cafes, and more surrounding you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!
Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the vibrant thoroughfare dotted with cafes and retail outlets, also hosts colourful events that bring the community together.
If you fancy partying, Armini Prive is located a few minutes away in the Burj Khalifa. Dubai’s best-dressed come out to play in this club and you will feel the glamour as you walk in.
The spectacular New Year’s Eve Gala, held at the heart of Downtown Dubai, is today among the world’s most-anticipated events.
There are many places that you can visit in Downtown Dubai as it is one of the locations that tourists and residents go. High-end stores, restaurants, and shops can be found around here, and the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is 11 minutes away. You can get on a train and get around Dubai easily.
Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).

***Maintenance Project Notice - In line with our continuous efforts to maintain the community assets, please be informed that an essential maintenance project will be carried out at The Lofts. Starting from 20th November 2023, we will be carrying out these essential maintenance works which include insulation of the chilled water pipeline serving The Lofts and is expected to finish by 29th February 2024.

You may notice a minor chlorine odor after the treatment. We recommend that you run the taps before usage. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation.
