Located on the Currumbin beachfront in the popular Rocks Resort, this immaculate ground floor, three bedroom apartment has everything you need and more!

This apartment is made to feel like your very own family oasis, with impeccable furnishings, appliances and an abundance of additional inclusions such as pool and beach toys, board games, playing cards and books for those rare rainy days or family game nights.

Featuring open plan living, kitchen and dining area which opens out on the front deck. Bedroom one is fitted with a king bed, walk in robe and ensuite, bedroom two with queen bed and bedroom threewith two singles and a trundle that join to make a double.

With all the additional extras such as Wifi, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, coffee machine and dryer.

Located within walking distance to cafes, boutique shops and restaurants, this apartment has everything you need and more for your next holiday!

During your stay you will have full access to the resorts facilities which include a pool, sauna, 2 spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (shampoo/conditioner, hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with coffee pods, tea, sugar, bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party + No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Wonderful stay

Great location, excellent facilities at the resort. The pool is warm enough to swim in the winter. The apartment had all the things you need when staying away with family and kids. Would definitely return to stay here.

So many extras!

Place was even better than listed. The added extras of beach toys and umbrella, plus games and books made the hoilday so easy. We had our 2 boys under 5 and having these extras and even kids plastic plates, bowls and cups meant it was a great holiday with all the creature comforts.

Best holiday ever

This was the best family holiday we have ever had and the accomodation was a big factor for it. If you are thinking about staying here stop thinking about it and book, you won’t be disappointed. The location is excellent. Close to the pool and you can see the ocean from the outdoor seating area which is larger than how it looks in the photos. The beds are really comfortable and you can tell great care has been put into the style of the apartment which has a great beach theme. There are great coffee shops close by and we loved the vibe and feel of Currumbin much better than Surfers or Burleigh. Going to Balter Brewery is a must! As a family we had a blast and the kids loved the pool, the beach is great and the local shops and humble and friendly. Tick, tick, tick. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
