This is a 12 Bedroom Building, witht two Penthouses that connect in the living room. Both roofs have Private roof decks and outside hot tubs. Washer and dryer in all 2 king beds 10 queen. AC in every apartment. Wifi. Security downstairs. Can have guests with ID. Sleeps 24 people in the 12 beds. There are stairs on one side of the building a elevator is being built on the PH 502 side. Your 3 blocks from lleras and the nightlife. Only the Penthouse connects inside to the other Penthouse. Perfect place for a big group.
This is our building on Calle 10A. It includes both Penthouses that connect in the living room and the entire Roof. You can't list this many bedrooms and bathrooms. The stats are 12 bedrooms. 2 king 10 queens. 12 Bathrooms. 3 Half baths. All rooms Have AC. Washer and dryers. Wifi, wall safes in room bathrooms. 3 blocks from lleras. optional cleaning daily if you want it. Security will proof all guests. Your close to lleras. There is no extra fee for guests. Stairs on one side. Elevator being built on the other side. Only the Penthouses connect inside
