This property would be great for people who are not planning on going into town much bc it’s about 20 mins away from all restaurants, bars, & activities. It would be great for folks who are louder & don’t want to disturb anyone as you are not near the other cabins on this strip. Although, there wasn’t any trash or debris on the property or inside. The bedding was slightly dirty, the pillows & mattress protectors were yellowing. We had to wash all the sheets & bedding before feeling comfortable to sleep there. Day 1 the water was ice cold. I assume it’s bc cold the electricity is turned off in between guest. I would recommend the owners turning it on the day before guest arrival. When the hot water did work (the next day), maybe 3-4 ppl were able to have hot showers before hot water ran out. Also, after so many showers the bathrooms start to get a mildew smell that lingers. We eventually started leaving the bathroom doors open to air out & immediately washing any used towels. This listing advertises that it sleeps 10 ppl, which is not true. There are 3 rooms w/ queen size beds & one pullout couch. The pullout couch was thin & very uncomfortable. Even counting the pullout couch it would only sleep max 7-8 ppl comfortably. In my opinion the price isn’t worth the property given the location & listing description. Thank you for letting us stay there. We were grateful to have been able to visit beautiful Broken Bow on short notice, but a bit disappointed in the upkeep.

This property was lovely. It was so quiet and peaceful. The only thing I would recommend is night-lights in a few locations as it is pitch black inside at night. Other than that we all had a wonderful time!

Nice house but needs TLC

From the looks of it, it is a charming place, with mostly all amenities (I say mostly because I have never been to a place that doesn’t provide shampoo for hair and when you ask them on phone number provided they say we have never provided it. If I knew, I would bring my own). 1. The house is provided with an outdoor fixed in ground grill like in parks. That’s a nice feature. 2. Hot tub was nice for first day. Second day, we couldn’t use it because of another problem. Neighborhood stray dogs. The place is so open with wire fence that we couldn’t go in and out the second day without the dogs sitting outside and barking at us. Kids were scared to go out. 3. Towels and bath mats - the owner should invest in new towels. The ones that we saw when we entered were washed over and over for at least a year with bleach marks on grey colored towels. Bath mats in master bath were soiled and left from multiple uses unwashed. 4. Constant sewer smell in master bath. Must be an issue with the septic system. 5. Flies - if you make 5-10 trips in and out of the house leaving the door open to unload your car, you will get a million flies in the house and won’t let you sleep in the morning after sunrise. Thankfully, all night long, they are just all gathered on the ceiling but morning buzzes are bothersome. I don’t know how they can fix that problem. It might be the result of cement floor with no carpet. The good- 3 bedrooms, wifi, tv in each room, nice kitchen has all items

False advertising. Address shows up as Hochatown on 259. Once you book with NO refund, you find out it is actually in Eagle down over 20 min away.

Lots of worms!

Didnt receive check in instructions/directions until we called because we couldn't find it. Was difficult to find even with directionsfrom propertymanager. Had to call maintenance to come and spray for worms. There were tons of worms outside and in every room in the house even after house was sprayed. Other than that had a good time.
