Downstairs single level fully self-contained modern apartment available for holiday makers and short-term furnished leases. Smart TV, free WIFI. Convenient location, walk to beach, lake and shopping centre, cafes and local restaurants. Easy in and out to highway and Port Macquarie. Ideal for couples, visiting professionals, people relocating or renovating. Adults only, not suitable for children under the age of 14. Pets friendly. Note - small pets only, pre-approval required.

LOCATION & ACCESS DETAILS
Located on a block with 3 units at 10 Chepana Street: downstairs, upstairs and studio at the back of the property. One block from the beach, lake, Woolworths shopping complex, tavern, cafes and local restaurants, all within 5 minutes walk or 1 minute drive. Port Macquarie Lake Road Industrial area 15 minutes drive, Port Macquarie CBD 20 minutes drive.
The court yard is shared, as upstairs tenant and studio tenant walk through the courtyard to reach their front door. Please note outdoor dining area inside the court yard is exclusively for the downstairs unit.

1x King Bed - master bedroom
2x Queen Beds - bedroom 2 and bedroom 3
1x Single bed in study

LAYOUT
Lounge room, kitchen and dining and access to the outdoor courtyard with alfresco dining are located in the front of the apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms are down the hallway. The outdoor dining area will be fully covered by mid Sep 2022 to keep you sheltered from sun and rain. Lounge room features a leather comfy lounge, Smart TV with sound bar, free WIFI.

KITCHEN
Kitchen has an induction cooktop, french door fridge, large pantry, fully equipped kitchen with crockery, pots and pans, stick blender, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press.

BEDROOMS
Bedrooms are down the hallway. All rooms have built-in storage and ceiling fans.

BATHROOM
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity, toilet is separate. A second toilet is located inside the garage in the laundry area.

HOT WATER
Hot water is via Solar.

FREE STREET PARKING
Sorry, no driveway or garage parking. Plenty of free street parking available, this is a quiet cul-de-sac. Driveway and garage are in use by longer term tenants in back studio and upstairs. The garage CAN be used to store boards or other items. Entrance door from garage to downstairs apartement

LAUNDRY - WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER
The laundry with washing machine and dryer located in the garage, as well as extra drinks fridge. Laundry is shared with studio tenant, drinks fridge shared between the 3 apartments.

PET FRIENDLY ON REQUEST
Pet friendly on request, for small size dogs only. As a courtesy to the property owner kindly inform us about the type of breed.
Please keep pets of lounge and beds.
PLEASE NOTE: another small dog and cat live on the property at the back studio unit.

This location has it all. Beach, the tidal lake (Lake Cathie), cafe, shops, local tavern and restaurants are all walking distance. Middle Rock beach is at the end of he street. Middle Rock surf break is a 5 minute drive. Golf courses, wineries and National Park all a 10minute drive. Port Macquarie town is a 15 minute drive. Caramels coffee shop, Woolworths, local bakery, taverns and restaurants 5 min walk or 1 min by car.
