Riverbank Villa is a quality self-contained and self-catering accommodation overlooking Mersey River shipping with Spirit of Tasmania passing daily, Victoria Parade parklands, beaches, river and ocean scenic walk/jog/exercise track.

This is exclusion accommodation, Riverbank Villa only accommodate one reservation at the time. You can enjoy the whole property by yourself or your travel companion or your family and friends.

Riverbank Villa is central to restaurants, shops, cafes, hotels and supermarkets, who cater for meals and provisions.

The Wild Mersery Mountain Bike Trails is just 15 minutes drive away from The Villa to Warrawee Reserve at Latrobe.

Fifteen kilometres of trails at the northern end of the network in the Warrawee Reserve at Latrobe, providing a first glimpse of Wild Mersey with predominantly green and blue tracks and one black as a taster of things to come.
Federation style and spacious home is one of the best locations in Devonport; only 5-10 minute WALKING distance to the CBD, the beach, restaurants, supermarket & cafes. Only 2 minutes from our main walking track which connects shops, the river & our two main beaches. The Villa is a best place to see the New Year firework & Christmas celebration with friends and family. We have 1.5 bathrooms just friendly reminder that 1 is shower room and 1 has a bath tub.
