The Coco Plum Home - The Coco Plum House is the perfect get-a-way. Great Key Largo location... only 1 hour from Miami International Airport and close to shopping, restaurants, Key Largo Park and Jacob's Aquatic Center. The home has three en suites one bedroom and one bath on the main level and two? bedrooms with baths upstairs. Plunge pool with swimming jets for great power swimming. The canal gives you easy ocean boating access. There is about 28' of dockage.
If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect annual cost of living increase.
Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.

Please note: before proceeding with your booking, kindly review the following information. This property is managed by a local Islamorada rental company, Freewheeler Vacations. Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. Coco Plum House a gem

Beautiful spacious home with pool on canal. Amenities were plentiful and place was spotless. Host was very responsive with any questions. Family loved our stay.

Beautiful Getaway

My husband and I spent the month of March 2022 at the “Coco Plum” house and enjoyed everything about it! The house is beautiful, the kitchen had anything we could have possibly needed, and the pool was just right! It was close to great waterfront (pet-friendly) restaurants, grocery stores, and even an old school bar featured in the movie Key Largo! Sue, the host of the property, was great. She was always available if and when we had a question. One of my highlights was when a mother and baby manatee swam down the canal and literally stopped right in front of the house! Great experience!!!

Great location and comfy beds

We stayed for a month at coco plum and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for entertaining, cooking and sleeping. Super comfortable beds with quality linens. We traveled with a 4 mo old and the rocking chair lazy boy in the master was perfect. There were also several drawers in living room full of toys for 4-8 YO. Pool is quite small but heated. Fished from the canal and caught some mangrove snapper. Cafe down the street was great for mid afternoon coffee and muffins. Location is great for upper keys. Can easily get to key largo and islamorada even on heavy traffic days. Property manager very responsive via text with any issues/questions.

Keys getaway

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at the coco plum home. The location, the house and neighborhood was perfect. We had great communication with the property manager who was always available when needed. The property is near all wonderful restaurants and grocery stores. Also, if you have a boat the location is near great snorkeling spots, sand bars and fishing spots. We will definitely be back next summer!!!

Perfect get away!

This home is perfect for a family that wants a peaceful get away. Located on a quiet street on a canal, the home offers plenty of space and is well-stocked. The plunge pool is just right to cool off. And we had several manatees visit! The property manager was terrific and very responsive to our questions! We’ll be back!
