This recently renovated North Lake Muskoka 5 Star gem is situated in a private bay protected by a peninsula. Featuring stunning 1500-meter southwest views. There is 200 ft of waterfront and the two docks enclose the swimming area into a private and protected area perfect for small kids to safely enjoy. During the summer months there is sun all day long, with last sun on the east dock just past 7pm.

This cottage is a 6 minute drive to Port Carling and exactly 2 hours and 5 minutes from Forrest Hill in Toronto. Within an 8 minute drive is a Foodland grocery store and coffee shop. A 20-minute drive is the town of Bracebridge which features multiple grocery stores, a Walmart, and many restaurants and local attractions including the Bracebridge River Walk and Santas Village amusement park.

The cottage is a bungalow with a basement walk out. The cottage sits about 40 ft from the shoreline. There are two docks, one is a large dock for relaxing, sun bathing, and, entertaining featuring a walk in to a 1ft sandy beach at the shore as well as a ladder off the end of the dock where the water reaches about 7 ft. The other dock is connected to the beautiful two slip boathouse. One of the slips has been covered in and it has been converted to a cabana complete with Flat Screen TV (Amazon Fire TV), Sonos Move, fridge and freezer, dining table, lounge chairs / couches for relaxing.

The property has been designed to be very kid friendly, we have a full lakeside play structure with swings and slides, as well as a front yard large trampoline, geometric climber, and teeter totter. There is lots of grass areas for the kids to play and roll around. The overall property is 1.5 acres and there is plenty of forest land to explore. Behind the cottage directly across the road is 86 acres of private forest which renters are permitted to use for hiking.
