Condo is in need of repairs and was dirty

1. Cleaning done prior to check-in was terrible; condo was filthy from top to bottom. My family was not able to get into the condo until a re-clean was done (9pm-ish) which was unsettling after having travelled so far to get there, cooler full of groceries with ice melting. 2. Overall condo looks dirty and in need of repairs. Main sliding door to oceanfront balcony was stuck and wouldn’t open; my entire family had to enter and exit the master bedroom to use the smaller sliding door to use the balcony (the oceanfront balcony is really the only reason this place was selected. Kitchen light not working, towel bar in one bath was broken and on floor (someone repaired it when cleaning service came back for re-clean), one cabinet door over fridge all crooked, kitchen faucet has a leak; have to maneuver the handle a specific was to make it stop. Closet door, left side, in master not in the track, both showers look dirty, floor in living room scratched up. 3. One last thing, someone entered the condo three times during our stay which is quite ridiculous. One time to check smoke detector, one time to drop off linens from last guest I guess. For these two we answered the door. But the last time, someone dropped off another bag of linens while only my mom was there. The was on the balcony and never saw or heard anyone come in. This is very upsetting as all our purses and wallets were out in plain sight! All of this should be done after checkout and before check in of any guest. So upset over this. Not all things were bad. The great things were: elevator, oceanfront balcony, pool and hot tub were nice, handicap accessible ramps to elevator and beach, luggage carts. I would NOT stay here again.
