The DeckHouse@PortVictoria is a 2021 build beach house, in a quiet cul-de-sac and 10 minute walk to the town centre, beach, pub, jetty and general store.

With views of the bay, Wardang Island and amazing beaches from a large shaded deck, this property is set up for comfort and relaxation, providing a truly memorable experience. Sunsets over the island are simply stunning. The fit out is superb and furnishings/appliances are quality.

Clean & Tidy - perfect for families

The Deckhouse is beautifully presented and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. All the linen and towels are nice and fresh. The fenced garden was great to house our two doggies. The house worked really well for us with teenage kids. The host was easily contactable and responded very quickly

The DeckHouse@PortVictoria has been designed to entertain and relax, with a fantastic open floor plan which seamlessly fuses indoor and outdoor spaces.

The DeckHouse@PortVictoria sleeps 8 with a King Room and private ensuite, a Queen Room and a twin bunk room. All furniture is quality and comfortable.

There is off street, undercover parking for boats, vehicles and caravans, two bathrooms with king size showers, high ceilings, well appointed kitchen with 900mm cooktop and oven, pantry and storage space, BBQ, laundry, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The living area offers hi spec 4K audio-visual including blue ray player and extensive DVD library. Ducted heating and cooling ensures year round comfort.

The rear yard is fully fenced and gated to keep pets safe.

The DeckHouse@Port Victoria is a fantastic base for local jetty, beach and boat fishing, safe beach swimming, off road vehicle activities, playground, paddle boarding, kayaking, sealed cycling tracks up to Balgowan, crabbing and much more. Pt Victoria is a great spring board which is centrally located to discover all parts of the Yorke Peninsula including the Sunny Hill Distillery in Arthurton.
