Located on the quiet beachside of the Portsea Resort, Portsea Swimout encompasses relaxed tropical living with an amazing array of Resort facilities available to guests Swim up bar, lagoon pool with plenty of loungers, lap pools, BBQ areas, gym and tennis courts, and did I mention less than a 50m stroll onto the white sands of Four Mile Beach!

Portsea Swimout is a 2 bedroom Dual-Key apartment, fully airconditioned with ceiling fans and louvre windows to invite the tropical breeze. The main bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite, lounge and kitchenette, a generous balcony with outdoor dining setting poolside! The second bedroom has either a King/Twin bed configuration with a private ensuite and balcony also.

Only a 10 minute stroll into the heart of Port Douglas Macrossan Street, the Crystalbrook Marina a 10 minute stroll across town - Portsea Swimout is in the perfect location for your next tropical vacation.

This is a nicely furnished small apartment in a great location. The manager was unresponsive for several days leading up to the rental and gave poor directions to the unit. Otherwise, a lovely resort.

We stayed 11 days, which included a room tidy/linen and towel change approximately half way through our time there. Room was in a great location, at the back of the resort, quiet for kids to sleep during the day if needed. Direct access to a lap pool, and very short walk to the main lagoon pool (which was made up of lots of different pool sizes and depths - great for young kids). The lagoon pool has a swim up bar to order drinks and select hot food options. One of the shallow pools has a small water slide - this was a hit for kids big and small :D I'd suggest organising a food delivery from coles or woolies a good week prior (the schedule books rapidly so we found) didn't think much of the choices for b'fast at the hotel. And its a good 10min walk into town - not favoured by our young kids due to the heat - or shuttle bus for a fee (kids half price) which adds up unless you do a daily/weekly pass. Overall, great little twin bedroom, had everything we needed including: free access to netflix/stan in both rooms which made the trip easier for us all to have time off and relax; beach towels provided; stove and array of pans; kettles, toasters, plug in grillers/oven (no in built oven); clothes rack - laundry room down the hall with washer/dryers at $4each; playing cards Really loved it and would easily recommend it to anyone looking to be within a resort without the price tag for daily room servicing

Great location
A lovely and well presented apartment with every thing you need for your stay. Great location with in walking distance to the town. We especially enjoyed access the pool at our back door. I would highly recommend it for a small family or a couple as the main living area is quite small and the main bedroom only has a divider for privacy.
