Welcome to Margherita House, your tropical bungalow steps from the Caribbean Sea. This luxury one-bedroom, one-bathroom with views of the ocean and sunset is surrounded by lush vegetation and countless options for lounging in the sun or shade.

Margherita House has access to a stunning members-only pool on the Atlantic side of Wykee Estates (a quick drive across Queen’s Highway) and just past the pool, access to one of Eleuthera’s famous pink sand beaches.

Margherita House features a large and elegantly furnished living room with ocean views, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen.

The ocean-view bedroom suite is furnished with a king bed and has a large and luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Walk out onto your enormous wrap-around veranda with sun and shade and views of the sea and surrounding gardens, a perfect spot to lounge with a book or relax with morning coffee or a cool drink.

Margherita House is steps from the Wykee Estates boat ramp where fishing or cruising charters can retrieve you for a day of adventure. The Wykee boat ramp has some of the best snorkeling on the island, steps from your door, with many varieties of colorful tropical reef fish. You can also fish for fresh grouper right off the ramp.

Great Location

Overall, a nice vacation abode. Be prepared for several electrical outages - NOT an issue with the owners/managers; just a part of being on the island. The kitchen was equipped quite nicely, the bedding and towels were very nice and clean. There are a few things that could use some tender loving care - such as the kitchen sink faucet, back door lock (prior to our arrival), the guest bathroom faucet (again, before our arrival) and the facings on the cabinetry. Other than that, we were very content.

Wonderful island home!

It's a truly charming and fun little home for two!It has everything you might need and is a short walk to the beach (few minutes walk) or boat ramp (1 min walk) where it's possible to swim and see incredible sea life pass by, even from dry land.The water pressure is good, and bathroom is a great size.The 3G reception is great with Aliv. The house wifi is great too (BTC?). We didn't use them, but there are also two big flat screen TVs and computer gaming set ups, as well as a great blue tooth speaker.It's extremely private and peaceful not just around the house, but in the little community where the house is situated.The wrap around veranda and sun deck are great.A special mention should be made of the style of this place. Vacation in Mergherita house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For me and my wife it was 3rd vacation in Eleuthera. We spent 2 weeks in Margherita house and are happy with this choice. Property is clean and well maintained. We would recommend it for couples. and maybe one day we will return here.What we were lacking it is these chairs on photo:) or some other beach chairs which you could take with you to the beach.
