Sleek, contemporary furnishings in a neutral colourway are complemented by vibrant accents and the sparkling blue waters of Lake Wakatipu in the background. Enjoy the luxury of indoor or al fresco dining separated by floor-to-ceiling glass panel sliding doors.

Warm days and summer nights are best spent on the balcony where you can cook up a feast on the gas-powered BBQ and enjoy it on the outdoor dining table with a side of mountain and lake views. Relaxing nights in can be spent on the plush sofas, gathered around the electric fireplace and making use of the high-speed Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix.

Enjoy a bright master bedroom featuring a comfy king bed and direct access to the lake-facing outdoor balcony; while the second bedroom is fitted with a king bed, that can conveniently be split into two singles. Both bedrooms have their own contemporary bathroom directly next door with complimentary toiletries as well as lavish heated floors to help you stay warm each morning.

A fully-stocked kitchen comes with everything you’ll need for your stay including an electric oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, large fridge and a coffee machine.

With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved..

Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.

There is free parking both in the street, and onsite.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Perfect
This property was perfectly located to be close to Queenstown centre and optimise the views. Has everything you could want including kitchen, fireplace (even with effect mode), most comfortable beds, and netflix for the kids and adults. If you want to reduce time walking up steep streets use Sydney Street to get back from town. Loved it here.
