Whether you are entertaining, relaxing after a day on the water or just seeking some peace and quiet, ‘Summer Villa’ has it all! A large deck opens from the kitchen with glorious views down the valley and across to the mountains. A cozy outdoor fireplace invites you to cook up a pot roast, experiment with damper or simply roast marshmallows. As one of the original workers cottages believed to be built in the early 1940's, 'Summer Villa' has been a well loved family holiday home for many years. There is parking for your car and boat right outside the house.
Somerset Dam village itself has a unique welcoming atmosphere with so much to explore. Waterski, wakeboard, wakesurf or fish on the dam or swim in the enclosed swimming area down at the Spit, only a three minute drive.

Fresh and tranquil

We loved our brief stay at this home, great location and close to facilities for skiing and boating. Hosts were great and very responsive. Overall, great spot not to miss, we will hope to be back soon.
