About this property

Lovely beach house 1 street back (250m) from the amazing 90 mile beach, go to sleep listening the waves crash against the shore. Enjoy fishing, boating, long walks along the beach and say hi to the abundance of wildlife that stop by.

The house has just been renovated with a new kitchen with top of the range appliances, new bathroom and new outdoor bathroom with stone bath under the stars. The house has a great front deck with amazing views over the lake. The back yard has a patio area with fire pit, BBQ and hydrotherapy hot tub. It also has a log burning pot belly stove, 50 inch smart tv with Stan, Netflix & Bose audio, electric block out blinds and much more.

The Genial Store has the basics, food, meat, veg, bottle shop, fuel coffee and the best fish and chips. Sale is a 25 min drive with everything you could ever need.

The house is pet friendly but I do ask that you don't let pets in the bedrooms and that you cover the couch with a sheet if your fury friends like to sit on the couch. Please ensure all dishes are cleaned before you depart and the coffee machine has been cleaned

Chill weekend away

Ben is an awesome host and has provided us yet again, 3rd time visiting with a beautiful and relaxing stay. Can’t fault it. Thanks again Ben and yes, we will be back!

Relaxing get away

Lovely home offered for a relaxing break. Beautiful beach for long strolls especially with the dogs. Hard to tell who enjoyed it more. Will be visiting again.

Great getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay. House was clean, tidy and neat. Has everything we needed and so close to the beach. Heard the waves crashing too. Will be back another time.

True Paradise

We are repeat weekenders and will be back again and again for more. Our accommodation provided us with a beautifully cleaned house with absolutely nothing to do except enjoy, the walks, the beach, the quiet, the spa and the house to chill in. Thank you Ben. We’ll be back!!

Amazing

The property was spotless and had every convenience one could ever want. We absolutely loved the total peace and quiet, as well as the abundant birdlife who took full advantage of the host's feeder as well as supplied feed :-) The property is remote enough that the only sounds are the sea and birds, but close enough (4Km) to a general store that caters for all basic requirements. The host couldn't have been more accommodating, even agreeing to a last-minute change of dates (our fault!) which was wonderful. Thank you!

I Purchased the property in January 2020 as I wanted a little escape from Melbourne and somewhere to spend weekends under a 3 hours drive. I have spent many hours over the last few years turning the house into a luxury escape.

What makes this property unique

The house is in a great location it is only 210m walk to the beach and close to the town of golden beach. The house has everything you need and the wood burning stove makes it fell warm and cosy on the colder winter months and the brand new kitchen is a delight to cook in.
