About this property

This beautifully upgraded and decorated two-bedroom townhouse next to the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club Views of the 18th hole. Golf course view and Wonderful Sunset views. Situated on hilltop giving unit exceptional privacy. Another great bonus feature of this home is that it is all on ONE level. No steps.

This beautiful two-bedroom 2 bath townhouse has a warm and comfortable feeling including a sleeper sofa, fireplace, ceiling fan for ultimate comfort and smart TV. The kitchen features granite counter-tops, custom cabinets, new appliances, lots of counter space, and tile flooring. Appliances include a dishwasher, a large gas oven, and a microwave. We also have a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig Coffee Maker. Well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain friends and family.

The Master Suite features a King-Size bed, lots of closet space and a private bathroom. Second bedroom includes a queen size bed.

True southern California living is nothing without an outdoor living space. Views of 18th hole of the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club and wonderful sunset views. Two patios one with dining table, patio heater and BBQ. Other with outdoor seating and golf course view, perfect way to wind down with a glass of wine as the sunsets….or the perfect spot to wake up with your morning coffee!

The Unit amenities include WIFI, Portable AC, washer/dryer and 1 parking space in attached garage. Our properties are clean and safe for arrival and ready for guest’s vacation.
