LOCATION: Grove27 by Roami makes the perfect home base for exploring Miami and each unit is complete with all the conveniences of home. This fantastic gateway to Miami is only a 10 minute drive from Coconut Grove and the Miracle Mile, and 20 minutes away from South Beach.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

PARKING: Available paid onsite parking ($10 per night).

-One-bedroom reservations are permitted one car for parking.
-Two and three-bedroom reservations are allowed for two cars for parking.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

I had a surgery stay & the place met my needs!

The property looks just like the photos! I was there for surgery & instantly when we arrived the placed smelled like cleaning products, I was very happy about that because everything was clean we didn’t have to do much once we were there. Only thing I didn’t like was the blinds were broken/ mismatch & the rug in the living room needed to be either shampooed or replaced but as for everything else it was amazing. Oh! & the check in process, there is a picture frame on the wall you check in/ out on & if your not looking for it or it doesn’t light up you won’t know it’s there. They just need to add something above it or under it that states check in/out here 🤷🏾‍♀️. I give it overall 4 starrs because the minor things but if those things were fixed it’s definitely 5 stars & I would definitely book with them again even still with the minor hiccups.

The actual building is in good condition; looks like it was just remodeled within the last year or two. Also, customer service was immediately responsive at all hours, so there is an upside to renting from a professional operation.

Loved the keyless entry.

Would definitely stay again! Cute, comfortable, quiet, very comfy bed!, everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen for a short stay. The space is comfy and well appointed. Check in was very easy. Free Parking on site. Loved the keyless entry.
