LOCATION: Grove27 by Roami makes the perfect home base for exploring Miami and each unit is complete with all the conveniences of home. This fantastic gateway to Miami is only a 10 minute drive from Coconut Grove and the Miracle Mile, and 20 minutes away from South Beach.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

-One-bedroom reservations are permitted one car for parking.
-Two and three-bedroom reservations are allowed for two cars for parking.

Property is exactly as pictured. Great sized apartment with accessible parking and location. We only wish it was a bit cleaner. There was no egregiously messy areas but because we travel with a baby we noticed details. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back. Hopefully the building starts providing residents opportunities to recycle items. There was only space for trash disposal.

Nice Property!

Apartment was nice and roomy for four friends; communication with management was on point. There is a bakery down the block which was a hit -- El Gallito - a must try. Also, the restaurant right next door to it was amazing as well.
