Great mid town location for this first floor, 3 bed/ 2 bath condo. Close to the beach, Convention Center, restaurants and night life, it's also close to other rentals we have in that street area. The condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, (note; coffee maker is a Keurig.) 4 TV's, ( premium cable package with HBO and ESPN), VCR/DVD, Free WiFi, a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The condo is non smoking, and does not allow pets. The occupancy is 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Communication with owner was exceptional as they were very accommodating to our extended stay. Condo is a great location. Inside could use an upgrade.

Great Spot!

Very spacious, pictures really make it seem smaller than it is. Our only issue was the floors could have been cleaner when we got there, but I assume that's hard to keep up with with a property so close to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again

Bachelorette weekend getaway

We stayed at this property from Thursday-Sunday in late August for a bachelorette weekend getaway. The location was excellent, centrally located with a bus to take us anywhere for $3 a day. There were 6 of us and we were able to fit comfortably in the space. The only thing I can critique is that the floors were pretty dirty. We walked in and there was already sand on the couches, beds, and our feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor so it didn't seem like anyone had mopped. I would expect some sand from a beach rental but there was no regular vacuum for us to use either so we could at least have clean floors. We brought our own TP, paper towels, and supplied the linens. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to enjoy the car and restaurant scene- but maybe just bring some slippers or a vacuum if you are a neat freak.
