Trapped in parking garage

Property was wonderful. However, Sonder advertises they are 'here for you 24/7', yet they have no onsite maintenance or support. Numerous calls and chats were ignored while the parking garage gate was broken and resident vehicles were unable to exit for more than 10 hours. As a result of their lack of attention to this issue reported by multiple residents for many hours, I missed a flight home for the holidays. Miguel came to the rescue and was extremely courteous and helpful, but the resolve was too late to keep me from missing my flight. Sonder is there for you as long as they are not needed.

Positive overall experience. Suggest improvement with small things like making sure all items are stocked to match what is represented, i.e., soap, Kleenex, softer toilet paper.

Second time here and still a winner!

Great location. Everything was close by but nice neighborhood instead of hectic city. Secure parking available. The apartment was larger than I really needed, but liked the balcony on the larger unit and lots of space. Very clean and well appointed. Easy to check in and out. All around terrific
