Mis leading apartment information

Well the apartment was very clean, however we paid for a two bedroom apartment and got a bedroom without door and a bed just by the entrance. It was open planned all the way no privacy for anyone of us. I think information like that should be clearly written on the booking site. The chrome cast wasn't working and we also had issues with the masters toilet It took almost four days for it to be sorted. We got a mail offering to relocate us but considering how slow communication was because we could only communicating through app or text messages. I figured we should just stay because it could take days to get feedback.. Finally construction is ongoing in this location so the noise didn't help. I hope to have a better experience next time in another location.
