Cute and cozy apartment!

Overall this property was great. It had everything I needed and was conveniently located. The neighborhood is bustling and has good options for food and live music. The only negatives were no extra hand towels and the toilet seat did not have a cover.

PERFECT SAFE LOCATION!

Each day we went for a 5mi walk and felt very safe! The property was very clean and quiet. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Just know that only street parking is free- otherwise you do have to pay to park. Also, bring your own wash cloths- none provided. Otherwise great property, great price and perfect location. Uber to Broadway was $7 (plus tips). Scooters available all over the area if that suits your fancy.

Comfy and PERFECT location

In a quaint and safe area of Nashville. Right at Belmont University and just down the street (about 1.5 miles) to Broadway. Very comfortable couch and bed. Very modern and the on street parking was always available.
