Boston get-a-way

Comfortable and clean; lacking extra comforter/blanket(s) for warmth and had some trouble with water not getting hot enough for comfortable showers. The manager was responsive, though never supplied an extra blanket and instead turned up the heat--which was okay, though sleeping in cooler temps under more blankets feels far better! Water never seemed to be addressed. Overall, it worked for our family, because we spent most of our time out and about!

Catastrophes

We arrived as predicted and I called sonder the agency. The appartement was given to another family because of problems with my credit card when I booked it. I knew this and I contacted them in august and september twice via email but I did not get an answer. if any questions may arise please let me know and if the appartement is still booked for us. I never got an answer. Me and my daughter were in a stressed state at the airport, booked a hotel’room (500$!) and then got from sonder an appartement in brookline 5 miles away from beacon hill. Sonder is a company which has a very bad service and I feel deep disappointed and our Boston trip was a horror. Never ever I will book at fewo direct anymore . I will inform the tourism office and the chamber of commerce in Boston and my traumatimc expériences will be published on X meta and tiktok. Thank you for nothing what me cost 2800€!!!!

Fantastic place to stay!! GREAT location and WAY better than a hotel.

This cute little gem of a condo is cute and in a really convenient location. The price was very competitive to the hotels around it! My only piece of feedback (radical candor, if you will) is to get a better blow dryer and add in some wash cloths to the towels provided - the smallest towel was a large hand towel. Otherwise the place is perfect!

Great location

Comfortable bed. Great location to get to Boston Common, Quincy Market, North End, etc. Starbucks and Whole Foods very close walking distance. The apartment gets VERY cold on cold days, could have used blankets for sitting on the sofa!! Could use a deep cleaning, lots of dust/grime build up on lamps, tv top, vent etc.
