This 600 sq ft design renovated in 2021 cottage makes great use of space to include: Queen Bedroom, Queen Pull out couch and cute bunk bed room. All your family under one roof with great views, badminton, large lawn and water side deck. Fire pit, fire table, bbq and more. Shallow water (sand and silt) great for young ones, shallow entry great for getting a bit wet, floaties, play and for deeper water swimming there are local spots just a short drive away.
Enjoy any season with activities in the winter such as: ice fishing, snow shoeing and more.

Lovely view

This cottage has a lovely view of the water from so many seating locations on the property even inside from the kitchen table from the huge window. The cottage has so many amenities to make the stay enjoyable.

Warm welcome and beautiful cottage

Very happy to say that our stay was a great one, we had a very warm welcome and also the cottage was clean which was very important to us. We played in the water with the kayaks and did nice campfires each nights, this added fun to our experience. I recommend 100% this beautiful quiet place.

Perfect vacation

Our family experienced a wonderful time in “Little Grey”. We kayaked out to the island and had the most amazing experience. The house and location is a great jump off point for any day trip and a great place to chill. Carol was a great host and responsive. The water, wind, history, culture, food and people made a perfect vacation 🇨🇦

Hi my name is Carol and I renovated this little cottage from top to bottom in 2021. It is small, modern and cute - with great views of the water and island. I left my life in Toronto after becoming a widow in 2020 and losing my 20 year toy event business once Covid arrived, but here now my life in New Brunswick has healed me. Come enjoy - I live just next door above my other rental (2 de la mer)

Lots of room to play, amazing views, close to so many day trips in NB and more.
Great location for day trips to Alma, the Bay of Fundy, Hopewell Rocks and much more. Boctouche Dunes, local festivals and Markets are a short drive away but there is no need to go anywhere. Relax on the deck or by the water, borrow a kayak and explore Cocagne Island just a 20 min. paddle to the beach and open ocean on the other side.

What makes this property unique

Great for familes - the small bunk bed room is perfect for small children or for teens, the pull out couch gives them more space. The main bedroom has as comfy queen bed and privacy.
