Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available.
There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa.
No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s).
Our apartment should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.

Perfect location and great apartment

Very nice, cozy little studio that is beautifully decorated and within walking distance of many great restaurants. It could use a couple of hooks or a 2nd towel bar in the bathroom but that is just a minor thing. I would definitely stay there again.
