Found the property to be all could ask for. Reception assistance due to late arri al. Unit clean tidy and convenient for purpose. Close to areas we were looking for. Recommend.

Great location, great showers, great staff, but poor accessories

The location is great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The unit itself was pretty clean, with decent beds and excellent showers. The general furniture was a bit cheap for a rental. The property, however could certainly do with a few more touches to make it more comfortable. For example, you are only provided with a single dishwasher powder pouch (which washes terribly compared with tablets); a single dishwashing liquid pouch; a single washing detergent pouch; one bin bag; only enough cooking very basic/poor quality utensils, appliances, pans and pots etc. to discourage you from actually using the kitchen. No salt, no pepper, no oil, no kitchen foil either. For a 5 day stay for a family of 4, eating out every meal was out of the question, but stocking up on simple basics was also not an option. Just these few little touches (which would cost less than $10-20 when measured out over the entire property) would make a huge difference to the stay. I hope they provide more in the future, because the property has so much potential for a very comfortable stay

Great location and nice unit

We found the reception very friendly and helpful. The unit was perfect for 2 couples with a balcony to relax and facilities like pool and sauna at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.
