No balcony

We were disappointed to find that the balcony unit we booked didn’t actually have a balcony. I inquired with management but nothing was done about it. Overall, a fine place. Good enough if you can get a deal, but I wouldn’t pay full price, particularly not for the “balcony” unit

Better than expected

Staying at The Cole was an unexpected pleasant experience. My husband and I were on a much needed getaway and booking The Cole was a very last minute decision and we there were absolutely no regrets. There were only small hiccups that aren’t worth writing about because the overall experience was perfect. The only feedback that I would like to provide is, ensure there are more pool towels available and ensure that the couches in the rooms are clean ;-)

The room was so dirty! You can tell it doesn’t get deep cleaned often, if ever!
