Only 20 minutes to Lunenburg, (home of the Bluenose 2).
Then off to artist friendly Blue Rocks, one of the best Kayaking location on South Shore
Mahone Bay, with the world famous 3 churches is about 30 minutes away. 10 minutes further, and you are at Oak Island, where the search is on for buried treasure.
The city of Halifax, or the iconic Peggy's Cove are only a 70 minute drive away.
The South Shore is home to 3 wineries, numerous Craft Beer and Distilleries.
Day trips to the Annapolis Valley are possible with Wolfville only 80 minutes away. Home to many orchards and wineries.
Another 15 minutes will land you in Halls Harbour to witness the Fundy Tides, and perhaps a lobster dinner.
