Beautiful property

The house was so beautiful and fit for our family of 8. It is within walking distance to an HEB (grocery store) and a P. Terrys (they have good food). In honesty, the area is a mixture of company. We didn’t feel unsafe but we did make sure to lock everything up because we did see a few sketchy things. The parking is limited if you have several cars. The garage is empty and there’s no driveway parking but then you have to park on the street anymore than that. The beds were a little hard but comfortable. I did contact the owners about some issues we were having and they were prompt in response. I didn’t have them send anyone out because it wasn’t a dire need but I appreciated their prompt response. The only issues we ran into was a bit of a fruit fly problem, no hot water downstairs in the kitchen, the master bedroom fan didn’t work, and the master bath shower would flood if you had both heads on (we just used one). Overall this house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend in Austin

The house was as advertised. It was clean and everything work well. The location is great. I would definitely rent here again. We checked in and out without any issues. I’m a vacation rental property owner and they are doing a great job. If I had to say a negative, parking is a problem, but not sure what the owners could do to fix that!

Great Location

Stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend. House was perfect for our group size (7), and it was easy to Uber around anywhere in Austin. Great location, would recommend and would stay again.

Graduation Weekend

The property was beautiful and great for what we needed. The location was unbeatable and the home itself was very spacious and clean. We will definitely be renting again. Thank you for a great trip!
