Great spot….except for the train

This is an awesome location with lots of nightlife or other adventures surrounding the area. We found amazing food to eat every night! The biggest and only downfall is the train that travels under your bedroom window. It’s was the loudest thing ever going at all hours of the day and night and there was no way you’d be able to sleep through that. I’m a bit disappointed that this was never disclosed when booking the apt. I honestly would’ve decided in a different spot so I could actually sleep. The parking in the building is convenient however it’s $40 a day and can add up.

Wouldn't Recommend

Two stars because while the on-site staff are friendly, and the location is right on Las Olas, the building is situated literally next to train tracks that are in use at all hours of the night (I would wake up thinking there was an earthquake), next to a block of bars that blast music until 4am (so loud I could sing along to the lyrics), and the Sonder app is the most frustrating, useless tool in existence. If you need anything (maintenance, stay extension, etc.) it all has to be done through the Sonder app where you will be communicating with multiple people, each of whom has no idea what the previous person told you. Incredibly frustrating and fruitless process.
